Bliss Pool Villas is located in the Historic District of Lake Worth Beach, just one block north of Lucerne Avenue in the heart of downtown. This vibrant, colorful area is known for its artistic and bohemian charm, with cafés, bars, restaurants, galleries, and shops all just steps away.
Walk everywhere with ease. Oceano Kitchen is just steps from your door, while Publix is only three blocks away for groceries and daily essentials. From live music and nightlife to parks and waterfront views along the Intracoastal, everything you need is within walking distance.
The Lake Worth Beach and pier are just 1.5 miles away, easily reached by bike or a short drive.
Lake Worth Beach is a unique coastal town with over 1,000 historic cottages painted in whimsical pastels and shaded by palm lined streets. The area is welcoming, diverse, and full of character, hosting events like the Street Painting Festival and Palm Beach Pride.
Whether you are here for the beach, dining, or local culture, this location offers the perfect blend of walkable downtown energy and relaxed coastal living.
The most important house rule is to have fun. At Bliss Pool Villas, we want you to find your bliss while being mindful of a few important guidelines.
1. No parties, receptions, or events are allowed. Security cameras are located in the courtyard for safety purposes.
2. Please be respectful of other Villa guests. Loud conversations or music should be avoided after 10:00 PM in the shared courtyard.
3. No smoking or illegal drugs are permitted anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
4. The person who booked the property must be present for the entire stay and is responsible for any potential damages. The primary guest must be at least 22 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Daytime visitors require prior approval from the host and must be requested through the Airbnb app before arrival.
5. There is no lifeguard on duty. The property is not suitable for children under 12 without direct parental supervision. By booking, you and your party assume all liability and agree to hold RealDeal FL LP, doing business as Bliss Villas, along with its owners and agents, harmless from any claims arising from the use or misuse of any part of the property or its amenities.
6. Pool and general maintenance services occur weekly and may make certain areas temporarily unavailable.
7. Please be aware that this is South Florida. If you prefer not to encounter bugs, mosquitos, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other pests, be sure not to leave doors open. We do not issue refunds for insects or wildlife found inside or outside the property. Routine pest and animal control services are in place. If an issue arises, please message us and we will address it promptly.
8. Tropical storm and hurricane season lasts approximately six months in Florida. Most storms result only in a watch and do not directly impact the area. However, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance, as refunds are not provided. One option is to inquire directly through Airbnb. Refunds will be issued only if a mandatory evacuation is ordered by local government. In such cases, guests will be notified and required to vacate so the property can be secured.
9. Please do not use glass bottles or drinking glasses in the courtyard. Plastic or paper items only.
10. Pre registered pets are not permitted in the courtyard or pool area out of consideration for other guests. Dogs may be walked along the street.
11. We support eco friendly travel and the use of electric vehicles. However, the property is not equipped for EV charging. If you require charging during your stay, let us know and we will gladly provide information on nearby charging stations.
Failure to adhere to these house rules may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION:
Bliss Villas is in close proximity to downtown traffic, bars, music, and people. While this makes for a lively atmosphere, it also means that there may be noise from time to time.
PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
We accept one dog at $100 per stay with a weight restriction of no greater than 30lb and must be quiet, well trained and kept on leash while in common areas. Toileting of your pet must be off property. Any pet related incidental damage will be charged separately.
REFUNDS:
Please purchase travel insurance as we don’t refund due to weather, flights, illness, etc.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:
No unauthorized guests/visitors allowed on the property without prior approval.
PACK 'N PLAY:
Pack 'n Play available upon request at time of booking. There will be a one-time charge of $25 which includes setup prior to arrival. Bring your own bedding. Item subject to availability when requested.
TOWELS & LINENS
We provide fresh bath and beach towels for your stay. To help us keep everything in great condition for future guests, please use the black makeup towels provided for removing makeup or tanning products. Towels that are permanently stained, damaged, or missing after checkout may be charged at replacement cost.
